The Veterans Section of St Athan Golf Club is a proud and active part of our golfing community, open to male members aged 55 and over. With direct ties to the military, the section reflects the values of camaraderie, respect, and service that are at the heart of both golf and military life.

Located near the former RAF St Athan base, the club has long enjoyed a close relationship with military personnel past and present. Many of our Veterans Section members are ex-servicemen, and we warmly welcome those with a military background, as well as civilian golfers, who are looking for friendly competition and strong community spirit.

We hold regular competitions, inter-club matches, and social events throughout the year, all in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a lifelong golfer or returning to the game in retirement, you’ll find friendship, fun, and fair play at the heart of everything we do.
